Job description

KLSS, the parent company behind innovative e-commerce brands like TRUME, is seeking a Shopify Launch Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who excels at launching Shopify stores and optimizing their performance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to launch newly developed Shopify websites, ensuring all functionalities are optimized.
  • Set up and manage tax configurations, pricing strategies, and shipping setups tailored to business needs.
  • Integrate and configure apps like Printful and explore other powerful tools to enhance sales and streamline operations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support to ensure all integrations and features work seamlessly.
  • Stay up to date with Shopify trends, updates, and best practices to implement cutting-edge strategies.
  • Provide post-launch support to address any technical or operational concerns.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Shopify, including site setup, app integration, and store optimization.
  • Proven expertise in tax configurations, pricing models, and shipping setups.
  • Familiarity with Printful and other e-commerce tools designed to enhance sales and scalability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing strategies is a plus.
